In the first installment of the movie, Grace, played by Samara Weaving, lost her parents at a young age and grew up in a foster family. She never expected that she would meet Alex, played by Mark O'Brien, the scion of a wealthy family. Their relationship progressed smoothly, and everything seemed to be going well on the path to their marriage. Finally, the day that Grace had been looking forward to arrived. However, on their wedding night, Alex told Grace a very strange piece of news. It turned out that there was a tradition in Alex's family. Every bride who married into the family had to participate in a game on their wedding night, and the specific content of the game was determined by drawing a card. Although Grace didn't fully understand this strange tradition, she decided to tolerate it for the moment. To her utter surprise, Grace drew the worst card – a game of hide-and-seek. She had to find a place to hide before dawn and avoid being discovered by anyone, or else she would face death.

Fans of the original Ready or Not are eagerly anticipating what the sequel has in store, especially with Kathryn Newton joining the cast. They are curious to see how the story will develop and what new thrills and chills the sequel will bring.
